Join the Bay Area Bruins or upgrade to life membership
The Bay Area Bruins is a regional chapter of the Association, meaning that all association members that reside within our region are automatically members of the chapter. This differs from a regional club, in which the membership dues are collected separately. Our region consists of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Sonoma counties.
All members automatically receive a copy of the UCLA Magazine (sent quarterly) and the monthly Connect@UCLA e-mail newsletter from the Association.

The Bay Area Bruins are looking for motivated volunteers to fill positions on the Board of Directors. Board members must attend bi-monthly meetings and plan & participate in events.

| Livermore's 29th Annual Wine Harvest |
Date: September 5, 2010 Details: This event has been postponed! The 29th Annual Livermore Valley Harvest Wine Celebration showcases over 40 wineries' wines and their unique personalities during the peak of Harvest Season! We can tour the wine region by a car, bike, or aboard one of the several complimentary buses. We will start our day sharing a potluck brunch at Robertson Park around 11:30 AM. Then we will blaze our own Bruin Trail, once the festival's schedule is finalized.
