Our membership area covers Marina Del Rey to Hawthorne to the beach cities,
from Torrance to Palos Verdes to San Pedro, inclusive. As active members in the community, we host monthly "Dinners" at South Bay restaurants, Monte Carlo Casino Night in May, award scholarships to community college transfer students, and participate in
community activities such as Manhattan Beach's Old Hometown Fair in the fall.
Every year, we proudly raise money for Scholarships for local community college students transferring to UCLA.
Our goal is to provide quality events and functions where all Bruins living and working in the South Bay can come to relax and enjoy good company and fun!
We established a Young Alumni networking group to provide lots of fun events and social opportunities for recent grads living and working in the South Bay.

DONATE TO THE SOUTH BAY BRUINS SCHOLARSHIP FUND!
South Bay Bruins annually award a scholarship to a deserving student from the area served by South Bay Bruins who will be or is attending UCLA. The merit-based scholarship recipient is eligible to receive additional need-based funding and is part of the Alumni Scholars Club which provides benefits such as priority enrollment, free use of copiers and computers at the Alumni Assocation, leadership development and mentoring.

To donate to the South Bay Bruins Scholarship Fund online using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover):
