The Renewal Scholarship Agreement is necessary for renewing awards. If you do not complete the agreement, your scholarship will not be renewed, regardless of service hours completed.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you fully understand all steps necessary to renew your scholarship, and that it is your responsibility to comply and keep the Alumni Scholarship staff informed with your most recent contact information. You also agree to accurately and honestly report your service hours.
The deadline for returning your Renewal Scholarship Agreement is Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. Please read the Renewal Scholarship Criteria Handout before signing and returning the agreement to your ASC advisor.
