Responsibilities

The following terms and conditions set forth any agreement under which UCLA Alumni Association and GET Travel Sports & Events (a division of WorldPass Travel Group, LLC) 5080 Robert J. Matthew Parkway, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 in return for the payment of the tour package price agrees to provide you (the participant(s)) this non-transferable tour package. GET Travel, hereinafter referred to as GET, acts only as agents in all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incident thereto, entertainment, and transportation by railroad, air, motorbus or steamship. Because of their status as agents, and because they maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, the said agents assume no responsibility for you and you agree not to hold them liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful or negligent or unauthorized acts of omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment or suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts of omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of the aforementioned agents. The agents reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a member of the tour at any time and/or to make equitable changes in the published itinerary, whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour. The passenger’s contract, in use by the airline concerned when issued (where applicable), shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The relationship of the University of California, Los Angeles, and its Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, the UCLA Alumni Association is strictly limited to the selection of the tour and entering into agreement with GET to conduct the tour. Eligibility: All alumni, friends of UCLA and their guests may participate in the tour. Our travel offerings are a benefit of Alumni Association membership and a service to our members. Members may invite one companion to travel with them as a guest.

Terms

PRICE: All prices shown are per person, hotel, transportation options and game selections are based on availability and subject to change with notice.
LAND-ONLY PROGRAM: Land-Only contains everything except air and luggage handling. Requested supplemental air package is available on request and the pricing is only guaranteed when payment is received by our office and confirmation is sent to you in writing.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

$150 deposit is due upon submission of this Reservation Request Form. (Please use this form, make checks payable to GET Travel.) Final payment is due Feb. 2, 2009. All cancellations and requested changes must be submitted in writing via return receipt requested to the GET Travel Office. Cancellation on or before Feb. 1, 2009 is subject to a $150 cancellation fee plus applicable supplier fees. After Feb. 2, 2009, all payments are non-refundable.

NOTE: Due to gas price fluctuations, any airline or motor coach fuel surcharge increases will be passed on to tour participants, if they occur.

Insurance

Emergency medical, lost luggage and trip cancellation insurance is available on an optional basis from the UCLA Alumni Association. Further information will be mailed in your confirmation package after receipt of your reservation.

Disability

GET makes every effort to contract with providers of lodging, transportation and entertainment that fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special travel or accommodation needs, you must notify GET in writing as to the nature of any special accommodations or needs required. Neither GET nor any of the providers of transportation, lodging or entertainment can ensure special accommodations without advance notice.
